About Body Motion PT

Body Motion Physical Therapy is a leading women’s wellness clinic serving women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. We believe pelvic health is the foundation for lifelong vitality, and we treat women with the depth, intention, and time they deserve.

We’re not your typical PT clinic.
No high-volume schedules. No double-booking. No burnout.

We’re a team of clinicians who are passionate about prevention, root-cause care, deep connection, and helping women live confident, active, pain-free lives.

Our culture is supportive, positive, and growth-oriented, where high-quality care, mentorship, and personal development truly matter.

About the Role: Physical Therapist Director

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Physical Therapist Director to lead our Edmonds location. This hybrid role blends hands-on pelvic floor clinical care with leadership, mentorship, operations partnership, and strategic development.

This position is ideal for a pelvic floor PT who wants to both treat and influence the direction, standards, and success of a women’s health clinic.

You will have protected administrative time every week. You will not carry a full treatment caseload on top of leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership and Provider Development

  • Lead and mentor the provider team with clarity, support, and accountability.
  • Manage provider performance metrics and maintain individualized scorecards.
  • Conduct bi-monthly one-on-one meetings focused on growth, clinical excellence, and operational alignment.
  • Write quarterly or annual performance reviews.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and when needed, disciplinary processes.

Scheduling, Capacity and Flow Optimization

  • Monitor provider schedules to ensure strong utilization, balance, and availability for new clients.
  • Strategically adjust visit flow to prioritize consults, evaluations, and high-needs cases.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and front desk team to maintain schedule health and clinic capacity.

Clinic Operations and SOP Development

  • Create and refine SOPs for consistent, high-quality clinical operations.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements that support team efficiency and patient care.
  • Ensure documentation standards, EMR quality, and clinical procedures are upheld.

Strategic Planning and Leadership Collaboration

  • Meet regularly with the General Manager and Clinic Owner to discuss revenue goals, staffing, and ongoing clinic initiatives.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities across provider performance and daily operations.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning, clinic improvement projects, and long-term growth strategies.

Who You Are

  • A deeply skilled pelvic floor PT who loves both treating and leading.
  • A confident communicator with emotional intelligence and high professional standards.
  • A relationship builder who values connection as much as clinical excellence.
  • A proactive problem solver who can identify issues early and follow through to resolution.
  • Someone who thrives in a supportive, positive, drama-free environment.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • 3+ years pelvic floor PT experience preferred
