The Mentorship Program
This full-time, 12-month paid employment + mentorship program is designed for:

• New grads passionate about pelvic health
• Orthopedic PTs transitioning into women’s wellness
• Early pelvic floor PTs wanting clinical mentorship
   

You’ll receive weekly 1:1 mentorship, didactic training, case reviews, and professional development in a structured, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing 1-on-1 pelvic health PT sessions
• Developing personalized treatment plans
• Integrating therapies like Shockwave, EMTT, and Red Light Therapy
   
• Collaborating with teammates to support long-term wellness
   

What We’re Looking For

• WA Licensed (or license-eligible) PT
• Strong interest in pelvic health (mentorship provided if new)
• Excellent communicator, compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn
   

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (DOE)
