As our Operations Manager, you'll be the first person many women connect with as they begin their journey with us. Whether they're pregnant, recovering postpartum, navigating menopause, dealing with pelvic pain, or simply looking for answers, your ability to create an exceptional first impression can change the trajectory of their care.
This role is much more than answering phones. You'll help keep our clinic running smoothly, support our providers, create outstanding client experiences, and help ensure every woman feels cared for from her very first interaction.

What You'll Do
As our Front Desk & Operations Support Lead, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client while keeping daily operations running efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and creating an outstanding first impression in person, by phone, text, and email.
- Helping prospective clients understand our services and scheduling complimentary consultations with our pelvic health experts.
- Managing provider schedules and maximizing appointment availability.
- Following up with prospective and existing clients to ensure they feel supported throughout their care journey.
- Maintaining accurate client records within our electronic medical record and CRM systems.
- Supporting daily front desk operations, administrative tasks, and clinic organization.
- Helping improve office systems and workflows as our clinic continues to grow.
- Coordinating communication between providers, leadership, and clients.
- Assisting with projects that support clinic operations, marketing initiatives, and client experience.

Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, administrative support, operations, hospitality, or front desk leadership is highly valued.
